We aim to process and despatch orders placed before 1PM Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 1PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM will not be despatched until Monday.
Please note that orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
SHIPPING METHODS AND PRICES
You are able to order Green Stem CBD products anywhere in the UK with the delivery methods as listed below (including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands).
Even though the Channel Islands are not part of the UK for VAT purposes and your order is effectively VAT-free, the price you pay for your order will not change. This is because we take into account the increased costs of shipping your order to Channel Islands.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
£4.00 (Free for orders over £50)
Please bear in mind that Royal Mail Tracked 48 does not guarantee a 48h delivery from ordering. Royal Mail aim to deliver the parcel within 48 hours after receiving the order from us.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. We aim to process orders placed before 1PM the same day.
Once your order has been despatched, we will send you another email as a confirmation.
Our warehouse does not process orders on the weekend, this means there will be no shipping of orders on Saturday or Sundays. Orders placed after 1PM on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Unfortunately, we do not offer international deliveries for our orders.
WHEN TO CONTACT US
If you have recently placed an order with us please allow up to 7 days before contacting us. This is to ensure that Royal Mail has a sufficient amount of time to deliver your parcel.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
All wholesale orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service for a fixed price of £7.90. Please bear in mind that while we aim to process our consumer orders the same day if received before 1PM, we cannot guarantee this for the wholesale orders due to the size of the orders. We aim to process all wholesale orders within 48 hours of receiving the order.
